Just released: Free video course designed to help today’s brands and CMOs boost visibility to drive online traffic
As we approach Father’s Day, the father of SEO himself shares a special gift with marketers around the world – “Executive’s Guide to SEO.” The free video course, led by SEO expert and pioneer Bruce Clay, gives CMOs and top executives the opportunity to take a more active role in SEO by understanding how a search engine friendly website affects online traffic and revenue.
With up to eight changes in Google search a day and hundreds of new competitors vying for rankings, many brands are getting lost in the mix. Clay will solve common mistakes and share best practices to avoid confusion and beat the competition.

SEO Gold Standard without the guesswork
The purpose of SEO is to drive traffic. Return of SEO is the website.
“SEO is a technical job, but also a content job and a targeting job,” Clay said. “It is important that companies have authoritative content that identifies the brand as an expert.”
As SEO expands rapidly, including elements such as page speed and form, selected snippets and AI, Clay will demonstrate how it all comes together if you can get that equation right. Companies that lack parts of the process also lose results.
SEO is forever: How to beat the competition, not the algorithm
One of Clay’s most important takeaways is that there is no “perfect side”. Businesses do not compete against an algorithm; they try to get ahead of the brands that are ranked ahead of them in the search results.
“Google began expanding its search results to include 300 or more variables in the algorithm, with different weights depending on the query,” Clay said. “Each keyword has a different intention, a different algorithm fit, which means that there are actually an infinite number of algorithms.”
The course will touch on natural behaviors, how they change on a keyword basis, and the importance of competing against your competitors.
