Chatmeter Recognized as Leader in G2 Summer Reports

Apart from the basic statistics, there are some advanced features. The Chatmeter version number is a very useful feature. This number will tell you which version of Chatmeter works. This is very easy if you want to compare with other systems. You will also be able to judge which version is the fastest.

The chatmeter shows a counter with the total amount of time spent. The time is displayed as seconds and each session completion time is listed. A list of all people who use Chatmeter at the same time is also provided.

Chatmeters can be managed by simply pressing the mouse. This allows a person to manage all his conversations. You can change settings for Chatmeter, such as visibility. This is very useful when monitoring many user groups. You can choose to show all messages or only those that interest you. This makes it easier for you to manually manage your conversations.

There is also a help tab located in the main menu. This will guide you to use all Chatmeter functions. If there is a problem related to Chatmeter, there is a list of FAQs that will provide all the answers you need.

An advanced function of Chatmeter is the ability to generate custom reports. You can customize the content of the report to combine it with the statistics you receive from Chatmeter. Reports can contain the type of information you like. They can include this information: the total number of conversations held, the time the conversation took place, the number of users who participated in the conversation, the most popular keywords used, and the average time generated on each keyword.

These reports can be prepared automatically at regular intervals. You can set up daily reports, weekly reports, or annual reports. You can also prepare a combination of all these reports.

Chatmeter is very easy to install and use. You will not find the installation procedure complicated. It can run directly from your browser. There should be no software downloads or complicated installation procedures. Chatmeter is compatible with all versions of Internet Explorer.
