Chalk has over 21 years of experience in civil litigation in federal, state and administrative courts and will help Doctor Multimedia’s team protect the company’s intellectual property rights in the highly competitive online healthcare market.

Prior to joining Doctor Multimedia Chalk, he served as an advisor to multinational companies, municipalities and individuals in a variety of legal disputes over intellectual property dispute issues in the Federal Court and the International Trade Commission. These cases included issues relating to intellectual property licensing, corporate transactions, partnership and shareholder disputes, domestic class actions and legal abuses. To date, her convictions and court sentences have exceeded $ 37 million for her clients.
