REALLY GOOD SEO can be a little tricky. But you can do everything yourself for free. Think about who you are, where you are based, who your customer is and what you offer and you could be in a great position. Maybe try a Google search and see who your main competitors are. Check out what they might be doing, what you aren’t doing. I’m not saying copy every step you take, but maybe take a look at what others are doing or not doing.

I’m NOT an expert when it comes to SEO, I probably still make a lot of mistakes, but I’m always trying and improving. As a small business, that’s my goal. You might want to hire an SEO expert, but it can cost money. However, I’m sure that for the right business model, they’re probably worth every penny.

But if you plan to do it yourself. Do your research, maybe read some tutorials. Check out these tips when using WordPress. Resist the urge to include keywords that don’t typically relate to your site. Don’t overwhelm yourself as a wedding photographer if you don’t shoot weddings and don’t have wedding pictures on your website.
