Mapp Cloud Fall Update: New Smart Notifications and eight advanced features

The Cloud Fall update is now available, and it comes with 18 new features, fixes and improvements. These improvements focus on improving the customer experience, personalization, and automation. These updates help businesses get the most out of Mapp Cloud, an insight-led digital marketing platform.

Mapp Cloud AI monitors purchasing behavior and revenue and automatically identifies any problems in the data. It also creates causality diagrams to identify the cause of anomalies. The new update also includes a new Microsites Builder feature that makes it easy to create landing pages and microsites. With the new interface, users can quickly create these sites and distribute content to all channels.

Mapp Intelligent Analytics: The new update includes new features to help marketers better target their audience. For example, marketers can create audiences based on AI-driven segments. They can even send push notifications to specific features. This new feature works with Shopware and requires no additional development work.

In the newly updated version of Mapp Cloud, Smart Notifications work autonomously while monitoring companies’ earnings. AI-based Revenue Monitoring detects errors immediately and automatically. The new AI monitors changes in purchasing behavior as well as revenue and automatically identifies potential causes of such problems. Mapp’s root cause diagram is used to establish correlations between different factors such as order levels, configuration values ​​and profitability, allowing conclusions to be reached about the origin of errors. Events such as regional holidays, for example, often trigger the occurrence of disasters and are considered.
